Currently Go Condition only ships to the United States of America

Free Shipping Terms:

Free shipping default option for Contiguous USA orders only. Default shipping option for contiguous USA orders is USPS first class mail/Fedex SmartPost (Orders weighing over 1lb will default to FedEx SmartPost). Because Fedex SmartPost is a hybrid courier service, with handoffs from/to USPS for final delivery, there is no day-definite quote for delivery time frame. 

For customers wishing to receive their orders in an expedited manner, it is recommended that the shipping method be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail service, which is a guaranteed 2-3 business day delivery time frame.  *Courier may be subject to change

Non-Continental Shipping:

Free shipping default option for Contiguous USA orders, does not apply to HI islands or AK. Default shipping option for these locations is USPS first class mail/Fedex SmartPost (depending on weight limitations of the order.). Since Fedex SmartPost is a hybrid courier service, with handoffs from/to USPS for final delivery-there is no day-definite quote for delivery time frame. More often than not, these packages will see upwards of a 3-4 week transit time. 

It is recommended that the customer upgrade their default shipping option in these areas to USPS Priority Mail service, which is a guaranteed 2-3 business day delivery time frame. Please note that Go Condition is not responsible for HI/AK delivery times, when the shipping option is not upgraded from the default USPS first class mail/Fedex SmartPost option.

Do you offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee?

We do! We are pleased to offer you a 30-day (from shipment date) money-back guarantee on all products sold by Go Condition. We recommend all customers try the product according to the basic protocol for at least 21 days to assess the initial improvement in wellbeing and physical and mental appetite for activity and action.

If you’re trying one bottle of one product for the first time but are not satisfied with either the product or your results, don’t worry about returning the product. Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping. You don't have to return the bottle to us. 

Refunds on orders of multiple bottles, books or apparel purchases require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have confirmation that your return is on the way, we’ll give you a full refund less your original shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).

Anything else I should bear in mind?

Yes, Go Condition is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, Go Condition will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
